Nuclear-targeted TAT-PZLL-D3 co-delivery DOX and p53 for chemotherapy resistance of SCLC

چکیده
A deliver system based on a PZLL and PAMAM block copolymer (PZLL-D3) with TAT modified the surface has been developed. It is designed to perform highly efficient nucleus-targeted gene drug co-delivery. Confocal laser scanning microscopy (CLSM) revealed that more TAT-PZLL-D3 entered nucleus than does PZLL-D3 alone. The TAT-modified vector serves as co-delivery achieve high transfection efficiency, apoptosis low viability in A549 cells.

A54 peptide-mediated functionalized gold nanocages for targeted delivery of DOX as a combinational photothermal-chemotherapy for liver cancer
The combination of photothermal therapy and chemotherapy (photothermal-chemotherapy) is a promising strategy for cancer therapy. Gold nanocages (AuNCs), with hollow and porous structures and unique optical properties, have become a rising star in the field of drug delivery. Here, we designed a novel targeted drug delivery system based on functionalized AuNCs and evaluated their therapeutic effe...
متن کاملNuclear-targeted drug delivery of TAT peptide-conjugated monodisperse mesoporous silica nanoparticles.
Most present nanodrug delivery systems have been developed to target cancer cells but rarely nuclei. However, nuclear-targeted drug delivery is expected to kill cancer cells more directly and efficiently. In this work, TAT peptide has been employed to conjugate onto mesoporous silica nanoparticles (MSNs-TAT) with high payload for nuclear-targeted drug delivery for the first time. Monodispersed ...
متن کاملpH-sensitive Au–BSA–DOX–FA nanocomposites for combined CT imaging and targeted drug delivery
Albumin-based nanoparticles (NPs) as a drug delivery system have attracted much attention owing to their nontoxicity, non-immunogenicity, great stability and ability to bind to many therapeutic drugs. Herein, bovine serum albumin (BSA) was utilized as a template to prepare Au-BSA core/shell NPs. The outer layer BSA was subsequently conjugated with cis-aconityl doxorubicin (DOX) and folic acid (...
متن کاملIntracellular targeted co-delivery of shMDR1 and gefitinib with chitosan nanoparticles for overcoming multidrug resistance
Nowadays, multidrug resistance and side effects of drugs limit the effectiveness of chemotherapies in clinics. P-glycoprotein (P-gp) (MDR1), as a member of the ATP-binding cassette family, acts on transporting drugs into cell plasma across the membrane of cancer cells and leads to the occurrence of multidrug resistance, thus resulting in the failure of chemotherapy in cancer. The main aims of t...
متن کاملThe role of p53 in cancer drug resistance and targeted chemotherapy
Cancer has long been a grievous disease complicated by innumerable players aggravating its cure. Many clinical studies demonstrated the prognostic relevance of the tumor suppressor protein p53 for many human tumor types. Overexpression of mutated p53 with reduced or abolished function is often connected to resistance to standard medications, including cisplatin, alkylating agents (temozolomide)...
